Order number ORD[redacted]39 placed on 5/15 and billed on 5/22. The status remains open even though the damaged product was approved for return. I have used the provided email label to return the item, and FedEx delivered it back on June 8th. I am wondering about the delay in crediting my account with $66.45, minus any fees. I've read that it typically takes a month for the credit to reflect, but it has not appeared on my credit card statement yet, and the order still shows as open. I appreciate your assistance with this matter.

I placed an order for eight hand warmers from Sharper Image but did not receive any confirmation or order number. Today, I called ([redacted]) to inquire about my order status. “Mo Macafee” checked Sharper Image's records and found no trace of my order. I asked Mo how to cancel any potential payment from my credit card since there was no record of an order. Consequently, I informed Mo that I would need to cancel any payment from my credit card account related to this transaction.

Item no. [redacted]53 is not functioning. I contacted for a replacement on 12/06. Initially told a new item would be sent without needing to return the original. Later, received return instructions. After questioning, was informed to disregard the returns and that a new item was on the way, expected by 12/15. However, on 12/12, a refund notification arrived. Spent 2 hours on the phone before getting disconnected. Did not request a refund. Attempts to track the order have been unsuccessful. Seeking clarity if the item is still being shipped. Multiple calls made without success. Used the call back feature but never received a return call. Checked today on 12/15, but no item was delivered. Currently on hold once more. Urgently awaiting contact.

I made a purchase on 12/12 with the understanding it would arrive by 12/18. Just discovered it's scheduled for delivery on 12/21, but no one will be available to receive it at the original address for a few months. The order number is ORD[redacted], shipping to 2 Lindsay Lane, Ocean View, DE. I kindly request the delivery be rerouted to J&S Webster, [redacted] Princeton Avenue, Apt. 2, Jersey City, NJ [redacted] for convenience. Otherwise, cancellation will be necessary. I bought a cordless shoulder heat therapy wrap in early December as a Christmas gift. Unfortunately, the battery did not charge at all despite leaving it plugged in overnight. The power level lights on the battery did not turn on either. Not sure if the issue lies with the charger or the battery itself. I never got to use the wrap. Can I please request a replacement battery and charger? Should I send the entire product back or just the charger and battery? I'm still eager to use the wrap. Thank you.

I placed an order with Sharper Image for a smart phone photo printer and 3 additional printer cartridges/photo paper. The catalogue advertised a promotion of "buy 3 get 1 free." After receiving my order with only 3 items instead of the expected 4, I contacted customer service. They stated that I should have specified I wanted 4 items to receive the free one. Despite explaining my situation, they refused to send the missing item for free as per the promotion. I find this disappointing as the catalogue did not mention the need to specify the quantity of 4 in the order. I would appreciate receiving the 4th cartridge/photo paper as advertised.

This is my third attempt to contact someone at Sharper Image regarding order # ORD[redacted]60 placed on December tenth, twenty twenty-one. I ordered four sets of solar lights, with only two sets delivered promptly. The remaining two sets are yet to arrive, causing a delay in completing my project as my builder has already installed the first two sets. I have not received any communication or shipping details from Sharper Image. I have also noticed that the full payment for all lights has been deducted. I urgently need to know the status of the missing solar lights and when they will be delivered. Despite my second email, I have had no response. I have tried to call multiple times, only to have the call disconnect after selecting option four to speak to a representative. I am extremely disappointed with Sharper Image's lack of assistance.
