DearDear sir *Madam*I have sent a Email to you on *MONDAY **th NOVEMBER *Which I have been told you should EITHER EMAIL WITH IN **-** HOU*Which has Well passed,* I have phone up First time,* which was Monday **th November at *am and Reported Once again My* Hoover , which I agree on Exchange it to the same hoover I got and Asked the Lady f my EMAIL has been received,* which I know it has as I Got a Email back telling me, *She say she Checked it has and it gone higher and would be contacted by someone* EITHER* that day or by Tuesday Thst week,* *Guess What !!!!!!!!*Yes no Reply,* *Received my New Hoover on Saturday* , put together on Sunday morning,* it Worked,* *By Monday Was fine ,Tuesday , Hoover stop working,* *Phone up AGAIN explaining my hoover which is New don't work again, said He will send me a Return label so I send it back , *Still Waiting on Return label to be Emailed to Me , *Asked about the Email of Complaints,* told Me the Been in Touch *But EVERYONE BUSY WITH BLACK FRIDAY DEALS,* COMPLAINT DEPARTMENTS ARE BUSY WITH DEALS FOR BLACK FRIDAY,* WHICH IS RUBBISH, *SO NOW I FED UP NO HOOVER AGAIN AND NO EMAIL REPLY FROM ANYONE FROM SHARK, *SO I WANT A LABEL* SENT TO ME SO YOU CAN HAVE YOUR RUBBISH EXPENSIVE HOOVER BACK , SO WE CAN KEEP GETTING A NEW ONE AND RETURNING IT BACK FOR THE NEXT FOUR YEARS* *AS I A M GOINGS TO PHONE UP TRADE STANDING,* AND GET MY MONEY BACK AND COMPO BACK FROM YOU , AS I BOUGHT THIS HOOVER IN *OOD FAITH,* *SEEN ALL THE ADVERTS ON TV , LOOK AMAZING,* *BUT WITH IN A YEAR I HAD NEW FI filters filtered and then a new handle then still stop working now was meant to get a new replacement of a different kind of hoover that did not work out Daniel Murphy promises things but don't follow his word and goes back on his word then I'll get the new Hoover which is broken waiting for label to come which has not been emailed over to me so I cannot send it back waiting for reply over * weeks from the complaints department but guess what nothing yet so I want to come I want an answer and I want a new hoover and I want COMPO *Fed UP with ALL this.*thank you very much . *Your sincerely *Margaret Cowan
