I was sent an NV355 series Professional vacuum. It does not more on carpet. What should be done to make it move on carpet.

If your Shark NV355 series Professional vacuum is having trouble moving on carpet, check firstly to ensure that the brush-roll indicator light is green, which signifies the brush-roll is working. If it's not, switch from the "Hard Floor" to the "Carpet" setting on the handle. If that doesn't resolve the issue, check for any obstructions or debris in the brush-roll, as this can also hamper functionality. Make sure the height adjustment is set to the correct level depending on your carpet's pile thickness. If none of these steps resolve the issue, it may require service or repair.

I did not receive my $70 discount I was offered at checkout

We're sorry to hear that you didn't receive your $70 discount at checkout. The discounts provided during checkout should be automatically applied to your bill. If this didn't occur, there could be a few reasons. It's possible that the offer has expired or there was a minimum purchase requirement not met. It's also possible there was an error on our end. Why does my Shark vacuum leave streaks in my wall to wall carpet

Various reasons might cause your Shark vacuum to leave streaks on your carpet. The most common reason could be that your vacuum has a dirty or worn-out brush roll that needs replacement or cleaning. Dirt accumulation might prevent the brush roll from spinning efficiently, causing it to leave streaks. Other reasons could be blocked filters, obstructed airflow due to clogged hoses, or that the vacuum isn't at the appropriate height adjustment for your carpet. Check your brush roll and filters regularly and clean or replace them as necessary – also, ensure to adjust the vacuum to the appropriate height setting for your carpet.
