Help with my Shark Vacuum issue

The issue in GetHuman-ybond's own words
Hubby purchased Navigator vacuum because it never loses suction. I did the research. Lies, it does. Have had since Nov*Dec ****. Lost suction. I called Customer Serv and they confirmed it was the suction gone bad. They wanted to send a part BUT CHARGE ME FOR SHIPPING....If SHARK says, "Never Loses Suction" why did it and why shld I have to pay for something u stand by? Seems like you're saying it never loses suction but if it does the consumer will have to pay for shipping. The problem is not a wheel or a cord on the vacuum cleaner the problem is what you say WILL NOT happen... has happened. Why should the consumer suffer*pay for the part to be shipped when it's Sharks motto? If we purchased it solely on its saying never loses suction why do we have to go through the rigmarole of paying for a part to be shipped when this is what you stand by? if I needed a wheel or a cord fine I would pay for shipping but it's not fair for a person to have to pay for shipping when this is your motto "Never Loses Suction" you should stand behind what you say and pay for the part for your product to work properly. Again, it's yr moto!!!
