My order wasn't properly packed, so some shampoo I ordered got all over the box. It ruined a few samples I included with my order (i.e. a lipliner with no lid), and was also just a hassle to clean up.
I usually buy my shampoo and conditioner from Amazon, but I've heard Amazon has issues with counterfeit products from *rd party sellers.**I tried Sephora this time even though the products are a lot more expensive from Sephora. However, I've never had issues with Amazon not packaging shampoo*conditioner properly for delivery. I WANT to give Sephora my money for these products instead of Amazon, but now I'm frustrated with the experience.
First, I want Sephora to reach out to get the photos I took of my package (I took these to help them fix the problem-- I'm not just complaining to complain).**After I get a chance to explain what happened, at a minimum I think Sephora should send me replacement samples. I would also appreciate some kind of small compensation for the hassle (i.e. partial order refund or store credit).
I'm a VIB customer with over *,*** VIB points.
Sephora's online support page only lets me send an email through the site, with no option to add attachments and a small character limit.
