I am unsatisfied with Sears home repair of my Craftsman riding mower ***.****** on Oct.* and followup visitOct.**. The initial repair call was to raise the cutting blades height to the * inches or more that owner's manual states is expected. It was only able to cut up to *inches and was scalping my lawn as a result. The first repair visit only raised the front part of the cutting assembly leaving the rear part cutting three quarters of an inch lower than the front resulting in an uneven cut. Unsatisfied,I called for a second repair call and was emphatically told that there was no adjustment on this model Craftsman mower that would raise the rear half.With this the repairman suggested I appeal to Sears for a refund of $***.** charged to my VISA account onOct.* **** since nothing can be done to fix the problem.
