My name is Philip Kimmel **** North Estrella Tucson Arizona email *****@***.com. my work order was *** ***-***-**** *. on June **th **** at **:** a.m. I called Sears service center at *** * myhome for parts for Kenmore water heater ***.* ***** under warranty purchased ******* at Sears. I told the person I talked to that I needed a gas control valve*thermostat part ***-**** and a pilot assembly w*tubing and fittings part *******. I was told that the service person would have to come out to verify the parts needed and then they could order them for me the charge for this service was $** which I agreed to. the serviceman Ali A came today around * p.m. and verified that the parts needed were the same ones I mentioned. he told me he could not order the parts (which he had on the truck) and give them to me, he had to install them at an additional cost of $***. I told him that I was a senior on a low fixed income and I could not afford to pay a fee like that. he called his boss and was told that he could not give the parts to me. I paid the $** fee because that is what I agreed to with the statement "lied to buy Sears rep on the phone," written on the check. I live up to my agreements and apparently Sears does not. ,I would like you to order the parts under warranty and get them to me or refund my $** obtained under false pretense
