I purchased a GE Electric Wall Oven at Sears.com on ******** $*,***? * $***? Installation (I can look up the exact amounts). They scheduled delivery for ******* and cancelled it. Then scheduled for ******** and cancelled it (during the delivery window). They could NOT reschedule a date and didn’t know when they could. I called and cancelled the order on October **, ****. They said I would have my refund within “* days”. It is ********, and STILL no refund. I’ve contacted them multiple times and been told “sorry”. “Will have my refund *-* days”. “Sorry, will have it in ** hours”. “Team working on it”. I had my credit card dispute it. Citibank just ended their investigation because Sears said “my refund is in process”. I truly do not believe that I will ever see my refund from them. It’s been * *** months and I’m getting charged interest. I am furious at Sears for causing so much stress and frustration. It is Fraud!!!! **I would really appreciate any help I can get to get my money refunded. Thank you!!! I apologize for my frustration in this email.
