My phone number ***.***.*** Sandra Velazquez in Plaza Las Americas in PR*El dia * de diciembre de **** compre un aire acondicionado de ventana de **,*** al vendedor Luis Deliz ***.***.**** quien nos indico que incluiria la entrega, instalacion y llevarse la unidad vieja.**Acorde con el instalador Raymond Medina ***.***.**** que iria el ** de diciembre de **** en la tarde. A lss *.** pm le llame pues no habia llegado y digo que lo habia olvidado y colgo el tel. Mi esposo lo llamo y le digo que iria el lunes ** de diciembre a las **.** am...para nuestra sorpresa llego a las *.** pm y dijo que el a*c no era el correcto...sin embargo...el que estaba y el que posteriormente me instalo otra compa*ia es de *****.**Recibimos un reembolso unicamente por la cantidad de ***.** dolares cuando el total del cargo fue ***.**. Entiendo que reembolsaron el equipo y los impuestos pero no la entrega...instalacion y llevarse el equipo viejo.**Tengo evidencia de mis alegatos...por eso exijo que se reembolse la totalidad de la compra realizada.**El vendedor Luis Deliz tiene conocimiento de todo lo aqui expresado. Espero un pronto reembolso del dinero cobrado illegalmente...ya que si el instalador hubiera tenido el interes...hubiera instalado el mismo.**Att.**Sandra Velazquez ***.***.****
