Good afternoon.**I had an appointment at the Brandon Sears auto department today at *:**. My husband and I are loyal customers and have been coming to this Sears and the one in Tampa for years. Today, I waited almost an hour to talk to someone and I had an appointment. The man at the counter said I needed to talk to someone else who was busy because he's the one who takes care of appointments. Meanwhile, I watch him take * different customers without appointments! After waiting an hour, the guy who could help me, said that I'd have to order the part for my oil change. (oil pan) and he quoted me a different amount than the last representative quoted me a few weeks prior. When I voiced my frustration about waiting an hour, the gentleman states that they were busy, and it takes time. I am really upset with how things went today. I had an appointment, was thrown to the side while other customers were taken care of, and then never even was able to get my car taken care of.
