The issue in GetHuman-delong_j's own words
I had repairs service tech. come out to service my ice maker that stopped working. He charged me the *st time $***.** part arrived, a new tech. came to install it, he left it still was not fixed. Appointment ** had a tech. come out and now say that the part installed was broken and that he had to now charge me another $**.** for more parts that were needed. At this point the scheduled repair appointment kept being moved because the new parts that were ordered never arrived. Finally, since September **, **** I decided to just get my money back for all parts and labor that I was charged because no parts since have ever arrived. I did contact Sears Customer Solutions, and was told yes I would get a refund for the $***.** total that I paid since nothing was repaired and no parts ever arrived, but I still am waiting for my refund. The email I received on ********** said that my refund should arrive in *-** business days. It has not. Just called customer Solutions again and was told that my case was still being reviewed. She (Donna K) provided me with the origina* case number ***-**-** and she also opened up another case number and linked it to the first. Case ** is ***-**-**. Again, now I need to wait, but for how long? I paid my money to Sears when asked, why can they not refund my money as I asked. Can you please help me? I can send you a copy of the email sent to me on ********** if you like where it does say I am being issued a refund. Please let me know what you would like me to do and how you can help me.*Thank you for your time*Jacquelyn Ddelong
