I purchased a kenmore front load washer * months ago the entire tub and a fixed parts are broke. I waited a week for first tech. * weeks for wrong parts. This apt cancelled two times out of spite by supervisor with no warning. I waited all day no show. I called in it was changed again another week out. So I scheduled cash pay repair tech came out next day. Wrong parts. New parts ordered sledges to be correct,. No apt for ** more days. No washing machine with this kind of damage has reported any where I can find. Tech says most likely defective. Called solutions to get replaced says no unless tech ask for it. So I pay ***$ for a washer in good faith and trust. What I get back in return is defective washing machine made for sears brand by sears. * months use * month wait with no washing machine. I want my washing fixed by the end of the week. Or I will seek an attorney at the court I work for to file suit forcing sears to take this one back, pay for a new one from somewhere else, as well as review you with - * on every public web site out there. It is apparent that sears could care less about customer loyalty or it’s less than stellar products with its name behind it.
