My Kenmore Elite Washer, model * *********** (purchased ********) under Sears Master Protection Agreement, broke down ******. Called Sears for an appt. Appt. was scheduled *******. Service tech came and had to order parts. He scheduled an appt. for *******. On ******* no show, Sears rescheduled my appt.for *******, again no show, Sears rescheduled the appt. for *******. Two service techs came to repair the washer. ******* washer breaks down again. Called Sears for an appt. Got an appt for *******. Service tech shows and cannot repair the washer. He orders more parts and schedules another appt.for *******. Service tech comes ******* doesnot use the parts that were ordered by the previous service tech. Examines the machine and leaves the tub full of water and tells me the transmission is shot and it needs a motor. I reminded him that a motor had been replaced already. He orders one anyway and scheduled another appt.for *******. I am requesting a voucher for a new(not refurbished) washer. I have no confidence that my current washer can be repaired.
