Received refunds for those two months , plus this month's. The charge is still pending and has not bern shipped. Your process are much too high for me. Also, I find this communication very odd and impersonal. As is the company's inability to display any contact info at all. ... I need two refunds please: for the months of June and July. Of course they did not have your number. That was a shock at first considering they're the one I call for that very reason.
