Received refunds for those two months , plus this month's. The charge is still pending and has not bern shipped. Your process are much too high for me. Also, I find this communication very odd and impersonal. As is the company's inability to display any contact info at all. ... I need two refunds please: for the months of June and July. No one responds. Yall kept referring to Facebook. Well I dont use any of those social sites. I am too old for such things, I'm **. That's for the young crowd. Perhaps one day, we can act like adults????

If youd like to fo it quickly, that would most likely involve scentbird contacting my bank:USAA. They are fast and efficient. I called them earlier for your phone *. Of course they did not have your number. That was a shock at first considering they're the one I call for that very reason. However, after looking online it became clear to me why USAA Ddid not ha e your number. How sad. Anyway hope this all goes well and I'm looking forward to my deserved refund.
