The issue in GetHuman1347990's own words
I started this in August and received that months perfume and in September I got NO product but I got it in October. On October *rd I upgraded to * products a month. I still have not received October plus you guys are sending me emails stating that my card was declined. I looked at my online banking and $** was taken Oct *. PLUS I ordered * perfumes for $** and have not received any email notices stating it's even ready for delivery. What's going on? I'm having sooooo many problems with scentbird and I'm seriously considering canceling this subscription. I have * subscriptions and I haven't had any problems unlike scentbird. WHERES MY OCTOBER SUBSCRIPTION AND MY * PERFUMES? I ordered * Juliette has a gun not a perfume. Where are they? Stop trying to charge my credit card for something I've ALREADY PAID FOR!!
