After a power outage a few weeks ago, the freezer of my model RF** refrigerator runs at -**F regardless of the temperature setting and a loud buzzer alarm sounds from time to time. The refrigerator is less than * years old. My technician, in consultation with Samsung service determined that the problem is a failed freezer temperature sensor. To my great surprise, Samsung says the part is no longer available and there is no suitable substitute. I am now faced with the necessity to replace a late model refrigerator because Samsung does not support their own product. Aside from the overly cold freezer, the refrigerator is working fine. The best resolution would be for you to tell me that the freezer temperature sensor is available and tell me how to get one. As things stand now, I would not consider buying another Samsung appliance.*Gerald Mayer
