We ordered refrigerator*freezer door handle hardware on June **, **** since they did not come in the original packaging. These are the hourglass shaped bolts to hang the handles. To date, we have not received the bolts (* needed) nor any confirmation of shipping, even though we were told in the “we received your message” e-mail it would be *-** days. You pride yourself on customer service...you failed on this one!
