My name is Valicia Starks, I purchased a Samsung Convection Gas Stove in ****. On April **, **** my husband started to cook bacon in the oven, upon waiting for the oven to heat up, it made a loud boom noise and a strong order of gas came along with it. I called our local gas company, after a through search for a gas leak, it was stated, the problem came from our STOVE that's causing the gas leak. I thought we had purchased a good investment. I did not purchase a extended warranty, due to limited income. I'm devastated. I can't use my oven and I love to bake. I'm asking in good faith to either have someone repair it or replace it. After sending a detailed email regarding my stove. I was contacted via email, with a **** phone number. I spoke with Jamie* who was very attentive, she allowed me to explain what happened. Jamie transferred me to Brenda in the "specialty department." Brenda was very helpful also. Brenda set up a appointment with a technician. So far I'm happy. Thank you Samsung
