Report problems and replace refrigerator ... Dear Sirs, On ********** I bought a Samsung * door French refrigerator, model number RF**HCEDBSR for $****.**. I made this purchase at h.h. Gregg in Rockford, Illinois with an extended *yr warranty.*I have had numerous repairs. First repair, July **, **** by Appliance Hero because the defrost fan iced up. Next repair, June **,**** by Unique Appliance when the ice maker began leaking along with a grinding noise to the back of the refrigerator. Third repair was June **, **** when the compressor stopped working. All break downs resulted in food spoilage! **Now, December **, ****, the sound to the back of the refrigerator by the fan, is again grinding which means yet another ice accumulating issue.*I have gone above and beyond being patient with this Samsung refrigerator. I believe at this point the Illinois Lemon Law should be considered. *Therefore, to resolve my issue with this refrigerator, I am requesting a new refrigerator by Samsung. This refrigerator and all its issues must be a lemon and I believe Samsung would want to replace this model that I purchased only * yrs ago.**I look forward to your prompt reply and replacement to my constant problem occuring Samsung refrigerator model number RF**HCEDBSR.**Thank you, Lida Lorbinenko
All problems have resulted in food spoilage.
By replacing the refrigerator that is most certainly a lemon.
Being a Samsung customer with mostly TVs, I presumed the refrigerator would be a dependable buy just as the TVs have been.
All previous repairs have not resolved the issue with this refrigerator.
