The issue in GetHuman-gprate's own words
We ordered * phones. Both of the phones had "trade ins". We chatted while we placed the order. We were told that both phones would arrive Dec. **th. One of the phones came, not the other. We called immediately and we were told that the other phone was "on hold". We asked if we could do something about that. We were told that there is NOTHING that could be done. We said that our receipt showed both phones were due on Dec. **th. We were told we can't have * phones delivered with "trade-ins". We have * houses so we asked if we could have one delivered there. The rep said NO. She said it goes by our billing address not our shipping address. I believe this wrong. Also, we were told the second phone will not be processed until * business days AFTER the first phone gets back to Samsung. That is unacceptable. We need our phone before December **st. We want my husband's phone released and sent to us with expedited overnight shipping. This has been a TERRIBLE experience
