Make my purchase satisfactory ... I purchased a French door fridge in March ****. During the guarantee period there were problems which were sorted our.After that time however problems were frequent and expensive. These were carried out by Inyathi Appliances appointed by Samsung. After the last big repair costing R **** I spoke to both Kagiso and Nadeem at Voice of Customer. Both are extremely unhelpful and do not return messages or calls.Some vague promises were made about a trade in or some kind of help. Inyathi are no better. You might be interested to know that our last * appliance purchases have not been Samsung but a Hisense TV and Bosch dishwasher. I will never purchase a Samsung appliance again. we are still in possession of the awful nuisance of a fridge. , please let me know your reaction to this
