I purchased a **" TV on ********** Mod*UN**MU****FXZA. Ser* **XW*CCJB*****V. Under warranty however was told I must have damaged it internally. I don't know how. No Damage to outside however told there was damage inside like a bang to the TV screen. COSTCO sent me to Samsung and the extended warranty will not kick in until **********. I'm stuck with a $***.** Samsung TV that at the time was only ** months old. Can you help me? Thank you, Sam
