My name is Elaine McIntosh and my email is elaineL.*****@***.com. My phone number is ***-***-****. I am writing about the extremely poor customer service I am receiving from Samsung after using my hard earned money to purchase a Samsung TV which broke a few months after we got it. The Picture on the Tv just stopped even though we had sound. Samsung has already sent service techs to fix it * weeks ago and they have determined that the whole insides and power unit must be replaced. That repair ticket number was **********. After finding that the required parts are on a long wait list, due to Back order, I was told that Samsung plans to replace the TV over a week ago, but no actions have been taken by your company to replace my TV. The exchange ticket number given to me is ********** however nothing has been done to resolve this even though I have called to inquire about it several times. *As a result of your company’s poor product and poor customer service , my family had no TV to watch over the thanksgiving holiday and no one from Samsung has called me to get us another TV. I am very angry and disappointed ... I am currently Hold speak with a case manager .. I have been on hold for over ** minutes now and no one has answered. I regret purchasing a Samsung Television, as you sold us a bad product that does not work and your company’s customer service are making no efforts to resolve my complaint and problem. What can’t you just issue a voucher for us to go to Sams club (where we made the original purchase) or another retailer, to get another TV? I intend to contact someone at your corporate office next. At this point If Samsung is not going to replace this TV , i want a refund for the money I spent for this product. We were told that Samsung TVs are the best, but I will not recommend any one I know to purchase your products because your company is unfair and all I get is customer service reps on the phone passing the buck to address my problem.
