In August and September of **** we bought a complete Samsung suite,Refrig, stove, microwave,dishwasher ad washer dryer.*Immediately noted the oven did not reach temp! This I was told is "normal" for samsung...sadly.. baking in that oven did not work! soon after I noticed the paint chipping on the oven door, I was told it was cosmetic and not covered! In september the dishwasher stopped working...we called support, they sent appliance repair of america ***-***-**** *****@***.com ***.** later it still didn't work.. we called, no response...we are senior citizens on a limited budget...Samsung *-***-***-**** sent a tech....they wanted another ***.** ontop of the ***.** house call.....with no promise... we just ordered a kitchenaid Samsung has let me down!!!!!!
