I have been emailing you back and fourth for a damaged refrigerator that I want a refund for. I sent in all that was asked because I wanted a refund.. I have never been told that I had to keep the damaged refrigerator. All that I was told is they wanted the proof of purchase. Latisha if that is her name has just called me telling me that I can NOT receive a refund because I am not in possession of the refrigerator anymore. Nobody ever told me that.. She was not so nice either and you can listen to the conversation since it was recorded. I just disposed of the refrigerator *******... I purchased a new refrigerator at Best Buy and had them take the old refrigerator. Your customer service is horrible. I want an explanation and please contact this Latisha and please listen to the phone call. And listen to all the other phone calls and please tell me if anybody ever mentioned to me of an exchange..
