I have forgotten my Samsung password and I have a second level security on it, i e. They have to send me a text after I change the password online and I have to respond to the text. The problem is since I can't get into my phone, I can't receive a text. I have been speaking to Samsung representative since last Saturday, and twice they have upgraded my support ticket to the next tech level. I was told by the representative I spoke with that they were upgrading the ticket to the next level of support and someone would call me back on Monday before close. I still have not received the call and still cannot get into my phone. I am disabled and I desperately need a working phone. If when I change my password, you would call me with my code to plug in for the second level security I could do it. My phone is set so that text messages don't show on the home screen until it is unlocked. I can receive calls, just can't get into the phone to make them, receive messages, excetera. Please I need someone to call me back tonight. I've been patiently waiting. Thank you so much for your consideration and I eagerly await your call.
