My fiance and I purchased * lines thru metro pcs getting Samsung j* Prime phones for free we had to pay $* for two lines and $* for the other two lines my fiance dropped his phone and broke the screen and digitizer I have called Metro and customer service on Metro to see if they could repair it they will not they want to sell us another one for $*** and all that is wrong is a digitizer and touch screen is there anything that can be done to get my phone fixed under the insurance that we have paid for
