Looking to speak to a top supervisor for an issue that we are not getting any resolution to. We have a ticket number which is **********. we had a very nice tech that came to the house today and we also tried speaking to someone earlier but the supervisor was not understanding. They kept going back to the screen being damaged and not understanding that if the TV was not smoking and thinking that it was going to catch fire we would not have had to rush to take it off the mount and get it out of the house while our young children were panicking and us thinking that it could possibly catch on fire to our home we hit the door ways exiting the house. hey kept saying that if it was not for the screen being damaged they would have paid to fix and replace the parts. That does not make any sense. Were we suppose to take the chance that it was going to catch and expand into a big fire and leave it in our house while our kids were screaming when they heard the popping and smelt the burning and then the smoke? What if that happened and started a large fire in our home?
I wanted to remove the TV from my house as fast as possible in case it turned into a big fire and possibly spread to my home. My Children were panicking and crying when they heard the popping and smelt something burning and saw smoke.
either repairing my TV or replacing it with similar product or refund to be applied towards a new TV.
Been a customer for years. Always try to purchase Samsung products
