This is regard to Order number: DLB**I*JE (Samsung galaxy S*) i returned that product and i got the confirmation of receiving on July **th. *Today is Aug **th, and i have called phone representative ** times, chatted several times and emailed more than ** times but there is no status on refund status at all*Since i bought that under trade in program so, since return txn is not successful hence they charged me the full price ( a product which is already been returned, how can i be charged trade in)**Someone, Please help me out, am really getting tired, not sure where to go
GetHuman-ncchau did not yet indicate what Samsung should do to make this right.
