In December **** I bought a Samsung refrigerator (RF***BEAESR*AA). From day *, the ice maker failed to make actual ice cubes. I got only frosted chunks of ice. I had a repair man out two different times in which they replace parts and finally the entire ice maker, however it still fails to make ice cubes. Its annoying but I've learned to live with it.*A second and bigger problem has been water leaking from the back of the refrigerator, leaving puddles in under the pantry tray crisper drawer. Again, service was called and the had to replace the coils in the back because they were freezing up. That worked for about * months. It is now leaking water again and my food sits in a puddle of water. When I called service, they informed me that may warranty is up and I would have to pay for the service call and repairs. *I explained that this problem has been there from the beginning and has never been fixed. They stuck to their script about policy and they could not do anything about it. The last person I spoke to was Witner, the supervisor (id******). *I am fed up with Samsung and this faulty refrigerator. I am tired of taking days off from work for a service call only to have the problem continue. I would like Samsung to take responsibility for this problem and fix it completely at their expense, not mine. I already paid a hefty price for the refrigerator. My expectation was that it would work as advertised.*Just an aside, I looked up the review for this refrigerator and there was hundreds of complaints for the same thing. Why wouldn't Samsung recall this or offer to fix the problem? I am really disappointed in the customer service and the product. Please address this concern.*Thanks,*Mary Fregosi
