Get it returned ... I want to know how to reach someone in corporate. I've been getting same excuse for over a month and a total of two and a half months with your repair. I want someone with some authority. Your customer service is the worst I've ever had the displeasure of working with.

I've owned Samsung products since the early ****'s. I own a G*, a Tab *, and a Gear * watch if it's ever returned. This will end our business relationship.
