Help with my Samsung issue
I order note * February **** and the free headphones, on your website it showed I had * items in my cart. When the phone arrived no headphones I called Samsung I was told they would approve a code and email it to me. I never got it. I've made several calls and was told the code was approved but it was never emailed to me. Today I call and was told my ticket * ****** could not be touched. I asked to speak to supervisor he said that I never order headphones and that that code should have never been approved. He did nothing but argue with me saying he had proof that I didn't order headphones. This has been going on since February ****. Is this the kind of customer service that you are known for? If so I will think twice about buying your product again
I trust that Samsung will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
