My son bought me a Samsung **in. Smart TV about * years ago. We needed one desperately, because we were watching the old big projection tube Samsung tv he had given us years ago. It was some time before we got the new tv set up due to illnesses and other tragedies we encountered along the way. When we did open it, one of the parts plastic bags had been opened and was missing the remote control and a ***** for tv stand. I was really disappointed, because I had waited so long for a nice flat screen tv. Had to run to store for generic remote, but the generic never seems to work as well as original. Wanting to purchase bigger wide screen now, but I am scared to get another Samsung.
