I just received a bill from Sam's Master Card -- a card I destroyed when not using it. In the meantime I rejoined Sam's. Paid for new membership *******************with a Visa card. The bill is for $** (past due--never received a bill previously) * $** membership renewal, at least I think this is what it is for. I have no idea of what the $** is for.*I am elderly and don't know how to proceed. I will try the number on the paper bill.
