The issue in GetHuman-lisa_m_m's own words
I purchased a recliner that's was in "the last one" section of the store. While waiting for the price one Sam's employee said to the other, is this the return referring to the chair. The other employee looked at me and said oh no it's the last one. Well I got it home and it is broken. When you recline the chair almost tops over. I contacted member service and was guaranteed that I would be contacted within **-** hrs by my local club. ** hours later after not hearing anything I reached back out to member service. Once again was guaranteed I would get a call the next day. ** hours later I contacted member service. This is now the third time and I get this young lady who says "so sorry, there was never a message send to your local Sam's Club. Why dont you call them yourself. I was pretty upset at this point and asked to make a complaint against the two prior representatives who did not do their job and I expected her to expedite the local Sam's Club in calling me. Poor customer service then the customer is told to call themselves. I had a problem that is why I reach out. I want to make a formal complain against member service. Please advise so I can proceed.
