Looked at store for product. Asked * associates for the location of the product,none of them could find it or were very willing to attempt to help locate the product. I finally asked and older lady and she looked and located in the system that there were ** units available in the store. After another ** mins of searching we still weren't able to locate the product. I asked if I could pay now n pick up when they either located them or restocked that product. Upon check-out I attempted to order but the language barrier was more than myself and the elder man could handle. So I proceeded to member services (that's a joke at this location) after waiting for the one girl working there to finish with a couple who had been there since i checked out at least, about ** minutes I left without product,without being helped and frustrated because I spent an hour looking myself,rt mins asking and looking where associates said to look another ** mins w* the lady who found ** instock ** minutes in one of the two lines That were open and another ** mins at member services yet I left without my main reason for going in.
