Used your mobile app for the *** Mt. Nebo Road location. Confirmed my location and checked it. Was directed to go to the Club Pick-Up lane. I did so and waited ** minutes, no one came. I finally went into the store to be told that this location does not have this service available! That should have been communicated to me when I checked in, the location was confirmed. Then, to make matters worse, there was only one person at the pre-ordered*pre-paid kiosk. I now had to wait another ** minutes or so until she finished with the * people in front of me. It's nice that your employees make small talk with customers, but they need to continue to work as they talk, not stop to carry on a conversation when there is a line of customers waiting. I used this so that I could drop my mother (who is **) off for her dentist appointment, pick this order up, and return to get her before going to work. Very poor communication and customer service. If a location does not support a service, it needs to be communicated to the customer. How difficult would it have been to send a text when I checked it to say I had to go into the store and check out there despite pre-paying for the order?
