I typed out a big long deal trying to explain all that happened I am not going to do that if you value your customers and are concerned with the way they are treated by your employees you will get ahold of me and we will hash it out face to face I tried to take advantage of the cell phone deal through sams and sprint the associate that was working the post was very nice and she really tried but she had no business at all trying to sell that product she was not trained properly or not at all and I would think that yourselves and sprint would want someone knowledgeable and experienced with the product and this person was not and I was told that I could transfer phones and the numbers with this plan wouldn't be a problem well * and a half hours later was told that I couldn't and I would need to buy all new phones not just the one that was already part of the plan i was upset to say the least when I returned to sams from sprint to return the phone and get a refund which took well over an hour. I asked to speak to a manager was told as a matter of a fact the store manager was in so I waited and waited some more no one ever showed up finally a person that had a badge on walked by I asked him if he knew if a manager was in he said that he did not work for sams but he did know the manager and he would go get him well about * min later * men came over to the desk that I had been standing around for well over an hour at this point and I waited on one to introduce himself as the manager and I would be able to tell him the whole thing and at the very least he would get the nice lady some training and hopefully this type of thing wouldnt happen again I have always been pleased with the service in the past at Sams but this time was different not only did he not introduce himself he just flat ignored me did not say one word would not even make eye contact I am very upset by this and immensly offended by his actions actually the whole incident is Unacceptable and I would hope that Sams as well as sprint would want to make this right as far as the manager at the very least there should be a very stern reprimand and*or demotion I am and have been a loyal customer and have never had anything like this happen at Sams the people are always polite and very helpful I hope that this so called manager is not a precursor of what is coming.
