The issue in GetHuman-galeedbc's own words
Since our brick and mortar store was closed, we were forced to go to the "convenient" online shopping option with your club, which is quickly proving to be very inconvenient. Even with free shipping, this option has MANY downfalls. We have ordered from you twice now and our complaints are:**. All products are not available for shipping**. Missing merchandise**. No packing lists**. Shipping materials are extremely substandard which results in missing and damaged items. **. Receiving boxed products which arrive in the original box and not in a shipping box which HAVE NEVER BEEN SEALED! It looked as if it came directly off the shelf and stuck a mailing label on it. **. If items are missing, the only option is a refund, they will not resend the missing items. **. Trying to find an email address to express my concerns was a NIGHTMARE!! Your customer service should be EASY to find - all the searching just added to our disappointment and concern.
GetHuman-galeedbc did not yet indicate what Sam's Club should do to make this right.
