Get my Sally bonus bucks back. ... Due to the covid ** stores were closed and my Sally bucks werent able to be used. I tried to the day before store closed and they weren't accepting cash. And during quarantine I could not figure out how to use my card online to make purchases.. I prefer to make purchases in store. I had two bonus buck and the nice ladies at my store told me to call and complain that I can get the bonus bucks back on my account
Is I was trying to use them before all the stores closed and couldn't due to computer issues and they quit accepting cash
I need my Sally bucks back. With the amount I spend at Sally's losing my welcome bonus and other bonus is super discouraging
