Yes, customers can return or exchange products purchased from SallyBeauty.com. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or you may change your mind. To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date, in its original condition, and with the original receipt or proof of purchase. However, certain products such as hair color, nail polish, and personal grooming items can only be returned if they are unopened and unused due to health and safety regulations. Customers can initiate the return or exchange process by contacting our customer service team or by visiting a nearby Sally Beauty store. Please note that shipping charges may apply for returns initiated online, and refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
