Help with my Sainsbury's issue

Making way to the tills ... I slipped on spillage in one of the stores and jarred my back knee and neck had a lot of pain and shock
I am ** and would have at least expected a good will gesture
Would like a satisfactory reply to the investigation maybe a goodwill gesture
Been a customer for about ten years and since moving to Newton Abbot it is our main supermarket
No only a phone call which has been logged
