i was approved for lifeline and chose to get Assurance Wireless as my provider i recieved my phone and free service just fine but Assurance has virgin mobile for there service and there is not any cell towers in my area so i get no service unless i go ** to ** miles away from my home which is useless to me since i am disable and can travel just to try and make a call and ive contacted them many times and all they tell me there very sorry and virgin is always putting in new towers so maybe ill be able to have service at some point but i didn't get a phone to look cool i need a reliable service not a paper weight . and now you are asking me for a phone number and thats the issue i have no service so i cant provide a number to have you call back.... all i need to know is how to do change providers i keep reading that i can do it at anytime but cant get any real answers just questions . I'm looking for answers not questions
