Get a bloody phone and service that actually works. ... Hi, I have a very weird situation. I had to return my safelink phone because it wanted a PIN that NOBODY imputed. None of the technical support suggestions worked. I was supposed to get a replacement phone, but it never arrived. When I called it was said that I was NOT in the system. So then I went to reapply and I am in the system. **Unfortunately, I sent all the information I had with the phone so I don't know my membership number.*I do have the ticket number for the phone I sent back and it is **********. My name is Richard Story and the last * digits of my SSN is ****.**All I am asking is that I get a smartphone that works and my membership is restated. I did nothing wrong. I was above board with tech support and got shafted.
See original complaint. I want my service reactivated and a working phone sent to me.
I was a good customer a long time ago, but I discontinued the service when my finances stabilized. Now that they've gone into the toilet I need to restart the service.
I went through hoops with tech support to get the phone working. After that failed it was agreed that I'd send the phone back for a replacement. Now I can't tell if I have service and just no phone or everything was canceled.
