I was out of minutes got online to refill as always,an i placed information an it said my payment could not be processed.So i tried two more times an it said the same thing.Payment could not be processed an to call safe link.I called safe link an asked why i could not get minutes,she said i had to be sent another application to recertify .I could not get minutes untill this was done.Well i checked my bank account yesterday,an safe link charged me * times for the ** dollar unlimited plan.which they said online could not be processed.I have went to my bank which told me to get in touch with you frist before calling fraud dept to investigate an get my money back.My name is Lynn Wood-my account number for safe link was -********,over the phone i was told since i had to refill application my new account would be ********,this issue needs to be taken care of now,before i call other authorities.my number is *** *** ****,
