I am requesting you to fix my problem, ... Dear Sir - I am Anant Jit Singh - Iqama * ********** with you. I am a long time subscriber of Post Paid *** which is SR. ****- per month under Mobile * **********. Today I visited Mursalat Sales Outlet and requested for a new device SAMSUNG NOTE * - *** GB under my *** plan (as per the offer on STC DEVICES Page). They provided me the device under *** Plan with contract of ** Months and asked me to pay SR. ****- Plus VAT and all in all I paid SR. ****- as down payment. *But to my surprise I received SMS that my Postpaid *** Plan is cancelled and Post Paid *** Plan is issued and the new device under this *** Plan. I NEVER ASKED FOR *** POSTPAID PLAN and I made down payment as per *** POSTPAID PLAN for SR. ****-. **I don't know it was due to human error or what, So please do the needful to rectify this and shift my Postpaid Plan from *** to ***. **Please change my Plan from *** to *** for which I requested and I made down payment for the device. **Please do the needful. Looking for your kind support.
