Good evening team SBI,**My wife Renu Bala have PPF account number *********** with SBI Gurdev nagar branch in Ludhiana. This account was matured in March **** after ** years. **She went to Gurdev nagar branch in Ludhiana in *rd week of June and they approved extension for * years and account was showing as active. When we tried to deposit money in this account, it's not accepting any deposits. It's giving system error message ****.**We have been to the branch a number of times but every one there is showing their helplessness. **Is this customer's job to fix system error?**Do the bank have any standard time for fixing these types of system issues?**Can you please help us out with this system error issue so that she could be able to deposit money in her PPF account?**Your prompt response will be highly appreciated. **Regards, **Inder Mehta
