The issue in GetHuman-dlfox's own words
I purchased a lawnmower last year - Sept of ****. I came with a P*** battery. The lawnmower would not stay running, so for the remainder of last year I just operated using the cord. This spring I purchased * P*** batteries to use together. The lawnmower will fire then shut off right away. If I install just one of the batteries it will run for maybe ** minutes - the other battery it will fire and shut off - I have taken it to our local company who does warranty work, showed them what happens. On the day they got around to looking at it - over a week later it ran ok, so they said they could not do anything. I brought it home - and it has the same problem it had before. This is very frustrating as I have now moved to a home where the yard is very difficult to cut using a cord. I would like to exchange this for a new mower. Please advise.
