If you've travelled on multiple airlines, the airline that takes you to your destination is always responsible for retrieving your bag, even if you departed on a different airline.
The issue in GetHuman-liam_tip's own words
I paid for *x**kg bags on a flight from east Midlands to treviso, at east Midlands they allowed me on the plane with the luggage shared. When I got to treviso airport for the outward flight and they said i had to have * separate cases which is the correct policy and I had to pay for an extra €**. But i just want to know why i was allowed on the flight at east Midlands with a shared suitcase if that isn't the policy
GetHuman-liam_tip did not yet indicate what Ryanair should do to make this right.
I have an issue with Ryanair too
