Dear Sir*Madam or to who it may concern,**I am writing to you in regards to my recent flight with your airline company, Ryanair, from Dublin to Amsterdam on the **th of December at ** past * in the morning. *I had placed a purse, which held *** euro in cash inside, into the side pocket of the inside of my leopard print suitcase, which I gave up at baggage point before entering security control. **When I had received my suitcase after the flight and arrived to my hotel I opened my suitcase to find evidence of tampering and my purse empty of all the cash I had brought with me. I am deeply saddened by this as I was left with little to no money over the weekend as I am a student and simply cannot afford for these circumstances to occur, which in result ruined my holiday. As well as that, I now feel unsafe giving up my bag and flying with Ryanair again. I believe theft is a very serious matter and should be looked into as it greatly influenced my experience negatively and I would not want it to happen to anyone else. **I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem.
